Saurabh Baroi

Saurabh holds a postgraduate degree in Rural Management and has over 19 years of experience in Microfinance. Prior to his current engagement with Dia he has worked with both international and national organisations including CARE India, Access Development Services and CAPART. Saurabh represents Dia in the boards of many Microfinance Investee Companies. Saurabh is primarily engaged in identifying suitable investment opportunities, institutional assessments, negotiating equity and debt transactions, researching business risks and opportunities, analysing of financial statements, monitoring of investee organisations, performing evaluations, mentoring and building the capacity of MFI personnel, and partnership management with the Investee Companies.

Dhruv Sharma

Dhruv has joined the team of Dia Vikas Capital Private Limited as a Company Secretary. He is a law graduate, an fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, holds a graduation and post-graduation degree from Delhi University and IGNOU respectively. He has over 10 years of extensive experience in corporate laws in India in consulting firms and multinational companies.

Dhruv possesses expertise in corporate laws coupled with adequate functional knowledge of finance and taxation. He is acting as a main advisory/execution lead for all major projects and compliances for Dia Vikas Capital Private Limited, being the single point of contact for handling all secretarial compliances of the company.

Shivangi Bolia

Shivangi is a development finance professional with a proficiency in rural management and investment research. She has experience in managing portfolios for fund raising/debt raising of various financial institutions across various asset classes largely focused on small ticket size loans; also providing advisory on financial due diligence in M&A/PE/VC deals for financial institutions. Over the last few years, she has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC India) and Yubi (Formerly CredAvenue) where she has worked with a diversified client portfolio which includes Private equity firms, family offices, Banks and NBFCs. 

She holds a master’s degree from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) and a bachelor degree from the UCCMS, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. She is driven by her inclination towards a responsible, equitable & sustainable future.
